Southfield Biochem – Returns, Replacements, Cancellations &
Refunds Policy
At Southfield Biochem, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver a smooth,
hassle-free shopping experience and stand by the quality of our products.
Returns & Replacement Policy
- We follow a No Questions Asked 7-day return policy. You may request a return within
7 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at

- Once we receive your request, we will arrange for the product to be collected from your
delivery address through our courier partner.
- While your return is in transit, we will process and dispatch your replacement at the
earliest priority.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition
as delivered.
- Any manufacturing defects should be reported immediately to our Customer Care team
for guidance.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a single item or your entire order.
- Cancellations can be requested via your account page or by contacting our Customer
Care team.
- Please note: Cancellations may not be possible if your items have already been
dispatched. You can check the order status through your account.
Refund Policy
- No cash refunds will be issued. All eligible refunds will be processed via the original
payment method used during purchase.
- For payments made through Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or Gift Cards,
refunds will be routed through the respective payment gateways.
- Once initiated, the refunded amount typically reflects in your account within 7 working
days (timelines may vary based on your bank/payment provider).
