1. General Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for soaps or personal care products once delivered. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under specific conditions listed below.
2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Product delivered damaged, broken, or leaking
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing items in the package
- Order lost in transit
- Product is out of stock
- Courier unable to deliver to your address
3. Mandatory Verification Requirements
To process a refund or replacement, customers must share the following within 24–48 hours of delivery:
- Unboxing video (mandatory, continuous — no cuts or pauses)
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Order ID and delivery details
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fragrance, texture, or appearance
- Used, opened, or partially used products
- Claims without unboxing proof
5. Replacement Process
- Replacement dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful verification
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
- Approval of replacement depends on product availability and verification
6. Refund Timelines
- UPI / Wallet / Net Banking: 3–5 working days
- Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 working days
- COD refunds: Processed via UPI or bank transfer
