1. Shipping & Delivery
- Pan-India shipping available
- Standard delivery time: 2–7 working days
- Tracking link shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp after dispatch
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, or remote-area logistics
- Orders below Rs499 incur an additional shipping charge of Rs50.
2. Delivery Attempts
- Courier attempts delivery 2–3 times
- If the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery, the order is marked as failed delivery
- Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for the customer
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be issued
4. COD Orders — Advance Payment Rules
The advance amount collected for COD orders will not be refunded if:
- The customer refuses delivery after multiple attempts
- The customer cancels the order after dispatch
- The address is incorrect or invalid
- The phone number is unreachable
- Delivery fails due to unavailability of the customer
The advance amount will be adjusted in the final COD payment if delivery is successful.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Provide correct address and pincode
- Ensure the provided phone number is reachable
- Be available to receive courier calls and delivery attempts
- Share unboxing video for claims or disputes
- Report any issues within 24–48 hours of delivery
